At Grainline Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your physical goods, we accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Review Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging; please note that digital sewing patterns and downloaded content are non-refundable.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box or a similar protective mailer, clearly marking the Return Authorization number on the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Mail your package using a trackable shipping service; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
